About Our Staff
MJ Connolly employs a staff of over 30 employees, some of which have been with us for over 30 years. We believe in taking care of our employees like we do our customers. Keep them happy and they'll keep coming back. We do not subcontract our work, so we have an assortment of professionals to do the work for you; everyone from the office and the estimator to the excavator and installers. We take pride in our employees and the job they complete. We believe our employees are the backbone of our business and the first impression our customers will get. They provide the kind of quality work that our customers have come to expect and quality work isn't expensive... it's priceless.
MJ Connolly -
Our company was founded in 1970 by Michael J. Connolly, which originated as an asphalt paving business. His vision was clear that diversification into other areas of construction would grow the company and challenge his employees to be their very best. Today, Michael is the CEO and remains very much involved in the day to day operations of the business, including sales and Quality Control.
Lynn Connolly -
As office manager since 1984, Lynn Connolly has been the person on the front lines. She is responsible for everything at the office from scheduling work, keeping the books and customer follow ups. She oversees the functioning of all office procedure and supervises the office staff. If you want to know anything about what is going on at MJ CONNOLLY ENTERPRISES, Lynn is the one to ask.
Shannon Marie Connolly Keck
When you call us to schedule a job or request an estimate for work to be done, you have an opportunity to speak withe Shannon. You will find Shannon to be very accommodating to your needs. Shannon is also in charge of our Seal Coat Department. In her spare time she does a little bit of everything else, including payroll and bid preparation. What would we do without her?
Bill Morrone -
When you talk about the foundation for any successfull organization, you first have to talk about quality employees. Bill has worked so hard for a lot of years to make the company become the success that it is today. With his dedication to hard work and his loyalty for the past 35 years of employment here, Bill is our senior staff member. He is often referred to as the 'answer man', having grown up in the business working in just about every capacity. Today, Bill heads up our Sales and Estimating Staff.
Patrick Davis -
There is certainly a direct correlation between the growth of an organization and the sales team that's driving the business. With his background in Quality Control, coupled with his experience in the everyday operations of the company and a burning desire to take the business to the next level, Pat has become the 'ace' of the sales team. He has the vision and the creativity to be instrumental in guiding the customer to a successful outcome. Keep up the good work!

Robert Byrne our construction forman has 15 years of commercial and residential building and remodeling experience, specializing in historic renovations. As eye for detail and a will to make our customers dreams come true is his goal.
